90s Vintage Maroon Layered Sailor Collar Dress

90s Vintage 3/4 sleeve layered maroon dress, made of a polyester and rayon blend. The top features a sewn-in vest with lapels, a subtly metallic leaf print, and gold buttons. There is a waist tie attached to the vest portion for waist definition, and the dress zips up at the back.
